Your recording mode decides what Zencastr captures and who appears on camera. Whichever you choose, every person is always recorded on their own separate track. You have three options available to you.
You can set the mode when you create the session, or change it before you start with the Recording type switcher at the top of the room.
Record audio and video
Records separate audio and video per person; everyone's on camera. Up to 4K. This mode is best for videos you'll publish or clip.
Record audio, show video
Everyone's on camera during the call, but only audio is recorded. This mode is best for natural conversation, audio-only files.
Audio only
No cameras. Records separate audio per person. This mode is best for audio podcasts; slower setups.
