You’ll choose the recording mode from inside the recording room before you start recording.

Choose the recording mode based on what you want to capture, whether that’s audio and video, audio while still seeing participants on screen, or audio only. In this article, you’ll learn how to choose a recording mode in the Zencastr iOS app.

Follow the instructions below to choose the recording mode.

At the top of the recording room, tap the Settings icon.

1. If you choose Video, you’ll have additional options under Camera Quality.

View: records audio and shows video.

Tap Audio output to review or change your output selection.

Note: Choose your recording mode before you start recording. You can’t switch modes after recording begins.
