Once you’ve finished <a href="http://support.zencastr.com/en/articles/16911293-postproduce-a-recording">postproducing</a>, you can download the postproduction from your Library or from Recent Chats. Available formats depend on whether you’re downloading audio or video.

Download your postproduction from your Library

Follow the instructions below to download your postproduction from your Library.

Click Library from the left navigation menu.

Click the Postproductions tab, find the postproduction you want to download and click the three-dot menu.

Your postproduction will be downloaded as a ZIP file.

1. Click Library from the left navigation menu.

2. Click the Postproductions tab, find the postproduction you want to download and click the three-dot menu.
3. Click Download.

4. Your postproduction will be downloaded as a ZIP file.

Follow the instructions below to download your postproduction from Recent Chats.

From Recent Chats in the left navigation menu, click on the recording room chat you want to use.

Click the three-dot menu next to the postproduction.

2. Click the Files icon.

3. Click the three-dot menu next to the postproduction.
4. Click Download.
5. Your postproduction will be downloaded as a ZIP file.
