How Zencastr records, stores, and uploads files for the highest-quality audio and video means that ideally all recording participants should stay on the recording page until the host stops the recording and each participant sees a confirmation pop-up on their page stating that their files have successfully uploaded.
If a guest needs to leave early, one option is to have them mute themselves (and turn off their camera) but keep the recording page open on their computer.
If the guest cannot do this and has to leave, the host will get an unfinalized track error for the guest’s files after they stop the recording. The guest will need to come back to the recording page within 24 hours to do troubleshooting steps for unfinalized tracks.
