On your Dashboard, there are Rooms, Shows, and Episodes tabs.

A room is the space you record in with guests or solo. Creating a room is the starting point for recording on Zencastr.

A show is a podcast associated with your account. If you already have a podcast you can connect it to your Zencastr account. Connecting a podcast allows you to associate a room with a specific show, which can help organize your recordings. Connecting an existing podcast that is hosted elsewhere will not affect your current podcast availability or audience. If you are starting a new podcast and planning to host it on Zencastr, you can create a new show.

An episode is a podcast episode. If you are hosting your podcast on Zencastr, you create episodes to publish them to your podcast. If you have connected a podcast hosted elsewhere, your episodes will automatically sync over anytime you click the Shows tab.
