If you forget or need to change your account password you can reset it from the Zencastr login page or from the account page.
In this article:
On the Zencastr login page, click Forgot Your Password?
On the Zencastr account page, click Initiate Password Reset.
Type the email address associated with your account in the email address field.
Click Reset Password and an email will be sent to your email address with password reset instructions.
Log into your email account and open the ‘Password reset for your Zencastr account’ email.
Click Reset Your Password in the email and you will be taken to the Password Reset page
Type a new password in the new password field.
Click Reset Password and you will be redirected back to the login page to log in with your email/username and new password.
I have not gotten my password reset email, how long does it take?
On average, reset emails take a few seconds to a few minutes to appear in your account, but that time can vary depending on your email provider. If it has been a few minutes and you haven’t received the email, check your spam folder in case it was directed there.
When I try to reset my password, I get a message that says “Could not reset password. Please try again or contact support.” What should I do?
Check that the email address you entered is complete and does not have any typos. Correct any typos and click reset password again. If your email is complete and correct, contact Zencastr Support via chat or email.
I can’t remember what email address is associated with my account, how can I reset my password?
Contact Zencastr Support via chat or email for assistance looking up your account and resetting your password. If you remember what username you use to log in, please provide that to Support.
