What Is A ZenCast?
ZenCast is your personal clip library, where social accounts sync seamlessly with your clip stream. Create private links, record content, all within one powerhouse platform. Designed for both podcasters and video creators, ZenCast is your ultimate hub for all things video content creation.
Setting Up A New ZenCast
Create a descriptive ‘Title’:
If you have a podcast:
Show Name and Clips description, i.e. Big Cats Podcast: Tiger King Clips
If you’re a video creator:
Video Series and Clips description, i.e. Pizza Making: New York Style Dough Clips
Write a description:
This step is an important part of setting up your ZenCast. Your description helps ZenAI determine the most interesting parts of your video content and produce the best clips. To write an effective description, you can start by briefly introducing your content and its themes, highlighting what makes it unique.
Example of a bad description: “A recording with friends”
Example of a good description: “I am the co-founder at a company which has a mission to help creators grow and monetize their audience. We believe that a new creator class is burgeoning and creators are becoming more and more important to our world.This is the cast that details daily life at Zencastr as well as the trials and tribulations of its co-founder, Adrian.”
Choose a category:
From the dropdown, select the category that best describes the type of content you are trying to clip. The category guides ZenAI to choose the best clips from your video. You may choose more than one from the list.
Choose a Clip Output:
Click the icon of your chosen social platform to post clips. ZenAI generates clips that are optimized for each of your chosen platforms, eliminating editing hassle.
Record Content For Clipping
Log in to your Zencastr Account.
Click the Avatar in the right-hand corner and select ZenAI Dashboard to begin.
To start a new recording, click the +New button in the top right of your screen.
Select Room to create a new recording room.

After your recording is finished, click on the Create Clips button.
A prompt will appear notifying your clips have been successfully queued for generation. An email notification will also be sent to confirm your clips have been completed. Once your clips have been generated, you’ll find them conveniently listed under the “Clips” tab in your ZenAI dashboard.
Upload Content For Clipping
Log in to your Zencastr Account.
Click the Avatar in the right-hand corner and select ZenAI Dashboard to begin.
To start uploading a recording, click the +New button in the top right of your screen.
Select Upload to upload an external recording.
After your recording is finished, click on the Create Clips button.
A prompt will appear notifying you that your clips have been successfully queued for generation. An email notification will also be sent to confirm your clips have been completed. Once your clips have been generated, you’ll find them conveniently listed under the “Clips” tab in your ZenAI dashboard.
Connecting Social Accounts To Post Clips
Log in to your Zencastr Account.
Click the Avatar in the right-hand corner and select ZenAI Dashboard to begin.
Click on the Destinations tab.
From the list of the destinations on the tab, click the + Connect button for each social media account you want to be able to share your clips to.
You'll be directed to a Social Media Dashboard to integrate your social media accounts. Click on Click to Link for each platform to establish the connection with your account.
Log in to each social media account you’d like to integrate with your ZenAI account. Click Authorize when prompted to do so.
Click All Done after completing the login prompts for each social media account.
How To Post A Clip
Log in to your Zencastr Account.
Click the Avatar in the right-hand corner and select ZenAI Dashboard to begin.
Click on the Clips tab.
Click on the +Post button. This will distribute your clip in its optimized format to all of the destinations shown at the top of the clip.
How To Un-post A Clip
Log in to your Zencastr Account.
Click the Avatar in the right-hand corner and select ZenAI Dashboard to begin.
Click on the Clips tab.
Click on the Archive button.
Confirm your clips title to delete it from your connected social media accounts that the clip was posted to.
How To Download A Clip
Log in to your Zencastr Account.
Click the Avatar in the right-hand corner and select ZenAI Dashboard to begin.
Click on the Clips tab.
Click on the Download button. The file should now be available in your local folder.
