Why is my Postproduction not completing?

The postproduction should generally finish in under an hour if not far less time.

If your postproduction is stuck please check that the recorded files have not been moved from the place they were saved in your dropbox folder.  

The postproduction process works by downloading the files from where they were saved on your dropbox account, mixing and applying enhancements, and then uploading the final mix to the same directory.  If these files are moved, the postproduction process cannot function properly.

If you have moved the files and want to run a postproduction, simply put them back in the folder and it should work again.  Please make sure they the folder and the files are named exactly as they were originally saved.
