Your wallet is where you track and withdraw the money you earn on Zencastr. Your wallet shows you what's available to withdraw, what's still being verified, and a full history of your transactions.

Note: You'll need to complete identity verification before you can withdraw your earnings.

Recording credits: Credits earned for completing a valid recording.

Bonus credits: Credits from manual bonuses or from milestones.

Before you can withdraw your earnings, set up how you want to get paid. Your options are Wise, Venmo, or PayPal. Make sure you have an account with your chosen payment method before you start.

Follow the instructions below to set up your payment method.

Click Earn in the left navigation menu.

In the Wallet section, click Change to add your payment method.

Choose the payment method you want to use.

1. Your account identifier (typically your username, phone number, or email).
2. Your full legal name, as it's registered with your chosen payment method.

Your earnings are sent to the payment method you set up.

Your wallet's transaction history includes:

Credits: both recording credits and bonus credits.

A recording is valid once it meets all milestone requirements and passes our quality checks.

Can I export my transaction history?

Not currently, but this may be available in the future.

What happens if a withdrawal fails?

If a withdrawal fails because of incorrect payment details, we'll email you explaining what went wrong and return the funds to your balance. Once you've updated your payment details, you can submit the withdrawal again.

Can I update my payment method at any time?

Yes, but updating your payment method while a withdrawal is in progress may cause delays or cause that withdrawal to fail.
