Get started with the Zencastr dashboard

The Zencastr dashboard is where you can create new recordings, manage your content, review performance, and return to work you’ve started with My Producer.

Each area of the dashboard supports a different part of your workflow, from recording and editing to publishing and reviewing results.

Use the sections below to get familiar with the main areas of the dashboard.

Use New Recording when you’re ready to create or add new content to Zencastr. From here, you can upload an existing file, start a recording room, or begin a livestream. This is typically the starting point for a new recording workflow.

The For You tab is a curated feed of clips picked for you based on what's most relevant to your shows and interests. Swipe through the feed to discover new content and see what other creators are publishing on Zencastr.

Your Library is where you can find and manage the content you’ve created in Zencastr. Content is organized into tabs based on its type and where it is in your workflow, making it easier to return to work in progress or manage completed content.

The Recordings tab contains recordings that are available for editing and postproduction. Use this area to return to a recording, make edits, or prepare it for the next stage of production.

The Postproduction tab contains recordings that are being prepared for their final output. This is where you can review work that is in postproduction and continue preparing a recording before it is published.

The Episodes tab contains your produced episodes. Use this area to manage published or completed episodes and return to them if you need to make additional changes.

The Clips tab contains clips created from your recordings. Use this area to review and manage clips before downloading, sharing, or posting them to your connected platforms.

The Scripts tab is where you can create and manage scripts for your recordings. Use scripts to prepare content before a session and keep your written material organized in Zencastr.

Use Insights to review how your shows and episodes are performing. You can filter results by show, episode, or date range and track metrics such as total downloads, downloads over time, and top-performing episodes.

You can also export your insights when you need to review or share the data outside Zencastr.

Use Earn to track available earning opportunities and manage your payouts. This area shows your progress toward eligible rewards, earnings that are under review or available to withdraw, and your transaction history.

Recent chats lets you return to previous conversations with My Producer. Open a previous chat to continue working on a recording, episode, or clip without starting a new conversation.

Use the profile menu to manage your public profile, workspace, shows, account settings, and credits. From here, you can view published content on your profile, manage workspace members, update show details and publishing destinations, adjust account and payment settings, and view or purchase credits.
