Zencastr needs access to your microphone for all recording modes, and access to your camera for recordings that use video.
The first time you use Zencastr to create a recording room, or join a room as a guest, Chrome asks whether to allow access. If microphone and camera permissions were accidentally denied, you can update them from Chrome at any time.
Granting microphone and camera permissions
Follow the instructions below to allow Zencastr microphone and camera access.
In Chrome, open the tab with Zencastr.
Tap the three-dot menu.
Tap Site controls.
Tap Permissions.
Set Camera and Microphone to Allowed.
Refresh the page.
