Edit a created clip

You can edit a clip after it has been created, including its title, description, captions, and timing.

Tip: You can also use the My Producer chat interface to ask for edits, such as adding captions.

Editing a created clip

Follow the instructions below to edit an existing clip.

  1. Click Library from the left navigation menu.

  2. Click the Clips tab.

  3. Find the clip you want to edit and click on it.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Below the clip, you can update:

    1. Title: change or remove the title of the clip.

    2. Description: Add or edit the clip description. You can also format text with bold, italics, links, and lists.

  6. Click the Settings icon for additional options.

    1. Captions: Show or hide captions. You can also fine tune the placement, font styling, and if active words are highlighted.

    2. Clip Title: Show or hide the clip title. You can also fine tune the placement and font styling.

    3. Clip Timing: Adjust the timing of the clip.

    4. RSS Settings: Set the season and episode numbers, add keywords, mark whether the content is explicit, and choose the episode type (Full, Trailer, or Bonus).

  7. You can also use the Timeline Editor icon to adjust the timing of the clip.

  8. Click the Transcript icon to show the clip’s transcript.

  9. Click Publish Changes in the My Producer chat interface to save your changes.
