Hosts can manage individual guest controls and check each guest’s recording status directly from the recording room.
Managing a guest
Find the guest you want to manage, then use the controls in their participant bar.
Microphone: Mute the guest’s microphone.
Camera: Turn the guest’s camera off.
Status indicator: The green dot next to the guest’s name shows their connection status.
Status checkmark: Click the green checkmark to view more information about the guest’s recording status, including their health check and upload status.
Tip: Mute a guest when background noise is interfering with the recording.
