Ask guests to use Chrome, Edge, or Brave and wear wired headphones when possible.
Share the Guest green room article so guests know how to check their camera, microphone, and speaker before joining.
Make sure each guest reaches the green Ready to record status before you start.
After the recording
Ask guests to stay in the recording room until their tracks have finished uploading.
Tip: Let guests know before recording that they’ll need to remain in the room briefly after recording ends while uploads complete.
