Preparing before the recording can help prevent setup issues and incomplete uploads.
Before the recording
Send the invite early so guests have time to test their setup.
If your guests want to use the Zencastr iOS app, ensure they’ve downloaded it before they join the recording room.
If your guests are using the web app, Ask them to use Chrome, Edge, or Brave browsers.
Ask guests to wear headphones when possible.
Share the Guest green room article so guests know how to check their camera, microphone, and speaker before joining.
After the recording
Ask guests to stay in the recording room until their tracks have finished uploading.
Tip: Let guests know before recording that they’ll need to remain in the room briefly after recording ends while uploads complete.
