Zencastr lets you bring guests into your recording room by email or a shareable link, so you can record together from anywhere. Sending invites ahead of time gives everyone a chance to test their setup. Guests don't need to create a Zencastr account to join the recording room.

How invite links work
The emailed invitation and copied invite link both open the same recording room.
Anyone with the link can join the recording room, so share it only with your guests. Each recording room has a unique link that doesn't expire.
Guests enter through the green room to set up their devices before joining.
Note: Treat the invite link like a key to your recording room. Avoid posting it publicly.
Inviting guests
Tip: Send invites ahead of time so guests have time to test their setup.
Follow the instructions to invite guests to your recording room.
In the recording room, click the Invite button in the upper right corner.
Enter each guest’s Name and Email Address.
Click + Invite another guest to add more guests.
Click Send Invites or click Copy invite link to share the link yourself.
You can record up to six participants, including the host.
