Zencastr lets you bring guests into your room by email or a shareable link, so you can record together from anywhere. Sending invites ahead of time gives everyone a chance to test their setup. Your guests don’t need a Zencastr account to join your recording.
How invite links work
The emailed invitation and copied invite link both open the same recording room.
Anyone with the link can join the recording, so share it only with your guests.
Guests enter through the green room to set up their devices before joining.
Note: Treat the invite link like a key to your recording room. Avoid posting it publicly.
Inviting guests
Tip: Send invites ahead of time so guests have time to test their setup.
Follow the instructions to invite guests to your recording room.
In the recording room, click the + Invite button in the upper right corner.
Click Copy link to share the link yourself.
You can also invite guests via email.
Enter each guest’s Name and Email.
Click + Add another to add more guests.
Click Send Invite.
You can record up to six participants, including the host.
