Start a livestream to broadcast your recording to a live audience. You can record up to six participants while additional viewers watch the session live. In this article you’ll learn how to start a livestream from the Zencastr iOS app.
Getting started
You’ll need to have your live destinations set up before you start a livestream. Set up live destinations in the Zencastr web app.
Recording a livestream
Follow the instructions below to record a livestream.
In the Zencastr iOS app, tap the Chat icon.
Tap Go Live!
Tap Go Live when you’re ready to go live.
Note: Only invited participants, up to six people, are recorded. Audience members can watch the livestream but are not recorded. |

Is the livestream saved?
Yes. You receive the same recording files as you would with a private recording.
Can my audience be heard?
No, only invited participants are recorded.
How does my audience join?
Audience members join as viewers rather than as part of the six recorded participants.
