The Earn tab is where you can view any earning offers currently available to you, complete their milestones, and track eligible earnings in your Wallet. Zencastr runs different earning programs at different times, so the offers displayed will vary by user and selected show.
What Are Offers and Milestones?
Offers are earning opportunities made available through Zencastr. Each offer explains what you need to accomplish and the amount or rate you can earn.
Offers are completed by reaching one or more milestones. A milestone is a specific goal or required action, such as recording for a certain amount of time, publishing a clip, or verifying your identity.
Some offers are part of a sequence. Completing your current offer can unlock the next opportunity in the sequence.
Offer Availability
Offers become available to users as they meet the eligibility requirements for an active earning program. If no offer is currently available for your selected show, you will see “No milestone offer for this show.”
Offer availability may change over time. You can check the Earn tab periodically for new opportunities.
Understanding Your Offers
Available offers appear under Offers on the Earn tab.
Each offer displays:
Offer name: The blue label below the description identifies the offer.
Offer description: Summarizes what you need to complete.
Offer amount or rate: The blue amount on the right shows how much the offer pays. This may be a fixed amount or a rate based on the required action.
Progress: The progress indicator shows how much of the current offer you have completed.
Milestones: The individual goals or actions required to complete the offer.
You must complete all milestones in your current offer before the next offer in the sequence becomes available. Locked offers appear greyed out. You cannot make progress toward or earn from a locked offer.
Getting Started With an Offer
To start an offer:
Click the Earn tab in the left sidebar menu.
Under Offers, locate your current available offer.
Review its description, offer amount or earning rate, and milestones.
Click Start next to an available milestone.
Follow the instructions to complete it.
Complete any remaining milestones in the offer.
What Happens Next?
As you complete each milestone, the progress indicator updates. After you complete the full offer, eligible earnings will appear in your Wallet based on their review status. If another offer is available in the sequence, it will unlock.
How Offers Connect to Your Wallet
Your Wallet connects the offers you complete with the money you earn. It shows earnings that are being reviewed, earnings available to withdraw, your payment method, and your transaction history.
