If you forget or need to change your account password, you can reset it from the Zencastr login page.
Resetting your password
Follow the instructions below to change your password.
On the Zencastr login page, click Forgot password?
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Click the Send Reset Link button.
An email will be sent to your email address with password reset instructions.
Click the Reset button in the ‘Reset your Zencastr password’ email.
On the Password Reset page:
Type a new password in the new password field.
Type the new password in the confirm password field.
Click the Reset button
You’ll receive a confirmation message that your password has been reset.
Click the Return to login link.
Log in with your email/username and new password.
