How to change or reset your Zencastr account password

If you forget or need to change your account password, you can reset it from the Zencastr login page.

Resetting Password

  1. On the Zencastr login page, click the Forgot Your Password? link.

  2. Type the email address associated with your account in the email address field.

  3. Click the Reset Password button and an email will be sent to your email address with password reset instructions.

  4. Log into your email account and open the ‘Reset your Zencastr password’ email.

  5. Click the Reset button in the email and you will be taken to the Password Reset page.

  6. Type a new password in the 'new password' field.

  7. Type the new password a second time in the 'confirm password' field.

  8. Click the Reset button and you will receive a confirmation message that your password has been reset.

  9. Click the Return to login link and you will be taken back to the login page to log in with your email/username and new password.
