In the Zencastr iOS app, the Chat tab is where you talk to My Producer, manage your recording rooms, and take quick actions on your recordings.
Getting to the Chat tab
Click the Chat icon to open your chats. You'll see My Producer at the top, along with a chat for each of your recording rooms.
My Producer vs. recording room chats
My Producer is the main chat for your shows. Use it for general questions or starting something new.
Each recording room you create also has its own chat. Open it to find the room's recordings, along with any clips made from them.
You can swipe left to archive a recording room chat. This will archive any files in that recording room chat.
Editing a recording
From a recording room chat, you can make edits to a recording, create clips, and publish episodes.
Starting a livestream
Start a livestream by clicking the Go Live! button at the top left of screen.
Joining a recording room
If you're invited to a recording room, click the Join button at the top right of the screen and enter the 5-digit code to join.
