Hosts can manage individual guest controls and check each guest’s recording status directly from the recording room.
Managing a guest
Follow the instructions below to manage your guests in the recording room.
From the room list, find the participant you want to manage and click the three-dot menu next to their name.
Health check: view their health check.
Remove from room: If needed, you can remove the guest from the room.
To manage a guest’s audio or camera, click on the microphone icon or the camera icon on their frame.
Note: Once you turn off a guest’s microphone or camera, only the guest can turn it back on.
